Some problems may happen when winding a watch:
1, No fast clicking sound. The reason could be that the screws of ratchel wheel and crown wheel have been loose.
2, After winding, the stem backs automatically. Maybe there is something wrong with the click spring.
3, Everytime you wind your watch, if you always feel your watch could not be wound fully. Perhaps the mainspring is broken, which is common in watch repair.
